    AbstractA variation of total cavopulmonary connection without anastomosing the superior vena cava to the right pulmonary artery branch is presented. Both vena cava flow go through an intra atrial tunnel to the right atrial appendage, which is anastomosed to the right pulmonary artery, in anatomical eligible cases.
