AbstractAbdominal cerebrospinal fluid pseudocyst is an uncommon complication of ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt placement. We present the case of a 4 year old child in whom a VP shunt was placed for tubercular meningitis 5 months earlier. The clinical presentation, classic imaging findings and management of CSF pseudocyst in a child are discussed.
