AbstractWolman's disease is a rare autosomal recessive lysosomal storage disorder. We report a case, which we identified with foamy histiocytes in bone marrow and adrenal calcification in radiological imaging. The diagnosis can be made on minimal investigation when clinically suspected. But cytogenetic study is required to substantiate the diagnosis further.
