    AbstractA case of placenta membranacea, previa and accreta was managed conservatively and resulted in delivery of a mature fetus. The diagnosis of placenta membranacea and previa was obtained with ultrasound. The placenta previa and accreta necessitated a cesarean delivery and hysterectomy.
