AbstractThe authors report on the efficacy of thalidomide used to treat recurrent erythema exsudativum multiforme associated with herpes simplex with massive involvement of the entire skin and also the nasal mucosa in a 73-year-old woman. Efficacy in terms of healing and the prevention of recurrence proved to be very good.
