AbstractAssociation of LA myxoma with cerebral aneurysm is rare. We describe a patient who had LA mass and cerebral aneurysm and developed stroke. The patient underwent clipping of the cerebral aneurysm. We discuss the pathology of the association and the anesthetic management.
