    AbstractPrimary diffuse congenital pulmonary vein stenosis (PDPVS) is a severe condition with poor prognosis. No therapeutic strategy has been found to be effective in its management to date. We report the case of a premature child with severe PDPVS who underwent multiple transcatheter interventions as bridge to heart-lung transplantation.© 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
