AbstractThe relationship between tuberous sclerosis and renal angiomyolipoma of the kidney is widely recognized, but the association of bilateral renal angiomyolipoma with renal cell carcinoma in tuberous sclerosis is extremely rare. Our case seems to be the 5th case reported in Japan. We report here a case of bilateral angiomyolipoma and renal cell carcinoma of the right kidney with tuberous sclerosis.
