AbstractTransurethral fulguration of bladder diverticulum (TUFD) is a new and simple procedure. Since July, 1975, 17 patients have had TUFD at the time of transurethral resection of the prostate. Cystograms have been obtained from one week to twelve months after surgery. The diverticulum has shrunk in 9 cases and has totally disappeared in 5; follow-up is incomplete in 3 cases.
