    AbstractThis was a single-centre, retrospective study of transgender women undergoing genital gender-affirming surgery. A chart study was conducted, recording individual demographics, all genital surgical procedures, and surgical techniques. Procedure incidence, techniques employed, and demographic variations over the years were analysed.
