AbstractIn this work, we studied the profile of IgM and IgG antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2 in 32 patients with COVID-19 from day 1 to day 24. IgM remained measurable for a much shorter period than IgG, suggesting that IgG antibody may represent the primary immune response.
