    AbstractAlthough neurogenic tumors are the most frequent posterior mediastinal tumors, few reports exist on thoracoscopic resection, and methods are not yet standardized. Two cases of thoracoscopic resection of benign posterior mediastinal schwannomas are presented. We believe that in carefully selected patients, thoracoscopic resection can be performed easily and with minimal morbidity.
