AbstractThe authors report a clinical case of a borderline form between two types of lipomatosis: simple lipoma and Made-lung's disease. The authors review the clinical features of these two diseases and stress the fundamental importance of the intraoperative appearance. The diagnosis in the present case was that of cervial lipoma.
