AbstractHaematological malignancies associated with chemoradiotherapy (CRT) are often acute myeloid leukaemias and myelodysplastic syndromes. Chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) has been reported rarely in these situations. Cytogenetics of CRT-associated CML is not different from de novo CML, and there are not enough data about its prognosis. We report two patients who had CRT because of lung cancer and squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck, who subsequently developed CML.
