AbstractThe authors report a case of multiple malignancies (squamous cell carcinoma and carcinoid) arising in a dermoid cyst of the ovary. The tumor being revealed by an umbilical metastasis. They insist on the rarity of this entity and discuss the elements of diagnosis and prognosis through a review of literature.
