AbstractThe sociomedical statements given on the basis of Sociomedical Clinic apraisement of 103 patients were compared with those rendered at discharge from previous in-patient rehabilitation. Discrepant judgements and evaluation problems in describing functional capacity at work are pointed out, and their causes discussed. Proposals are submitted for enhancing more effective cooperation between rehabilitation clinics and the Sociomedical Services of the pension insurance administrations.
