AbstractFour cases of fawism are presented. The disease was seen in one male patient, one homozygote and in 3 carriers of G6PD deficit. Diagnostic procedures, course of the haemolytic crisis in these patients, and possibility of prophylaxis in the families with fawism are discussed.
