    AbstractWe describe a patient who presented with respiratory failure, chest pain, and fever. In the COVID-19 pandemic era, the focus was diverted to the coronavirus infection, and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction was missed. Although we need to be vigilant in the diagnosis of COVID-19, we should not forget about the common disorders. (Level of Difficulty: Beginner.).© 2020 The Authors.
