AbstractThe Gartner's cyst is a remnant of the Wolffian duct, representing 11% of vaginal cysts and is usually small, benign and asymptomatic. We report the case of a Gartner's duct cyst whose size and localization mimicking a pelvic organ prolapse, disease is one of the differential diagnoses.
