AbstractThe species composition of a river algobacterial association has been determined and the antilysozyme sign of its bacterial component has been studied, which makes it possible to determine the recency of fecal contamination of the water reservoir. The functional dynamics of the system "lysozyme-antilysozyme" in water biocenosis has been followed with a view to evaluate the sanitary and hygienic state of open water reservoirs.
