AbstractWe report on a patient with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis who presented with spontaneous renal subcapsular hematoma associated with a tubulo-papillary tumor. The literature relative to this condition is reviewed. Its incidence, predisposing factors, diagnostic methods and treatment are discussed.
