AbstractWe report on a patient in whom ulnar nerve palsy developed after a closed distal radius fracture due to displacement of the ulnar nerve dorsal to the ulnar styloid. After delayed exploration and decompression of the ulnar nerve, the patient had recovery of both motor and sensory function of the ulnar nerve.
