AbstractThe aim of this study is to present an unusual site of renal cell carcinoma metastasis. A 60-year old man presented to our clinic with massive rectal bleeding. A large small intestine metastasis from renal cell carcinoma was evidenced by an elective angiography of the superior mesenteric artery. This metastasis was surgically excised.
