AbstractAn intravenous leiomyomatoma is a rare benign smooth muscle tumour originating from myometrial veins. Surgical resection is the best treatment for intracardiac extension of intravenous leiomyoma. Here we present a very rare case of intravascular and intracardiac leiomyomatosis. We successfully performed one-stage surgery to remove the leiomyomatosis with beating heart under cardiopulmonary bypass.
