    AbstractWe describe an immunocompetent woman who had refractory, invasive sphenoid sinus Aspergillus fumigatus infection for which there was radiologic evidence of intracranial perineural spread. The patient responded to a combination of antifungal and adjuvant recombinant cytokine therapy.
