Case PresentationA 30-year-old transgender woman who was HIV positive presented to the ED with progressive severe dyspnea and hemoptysis that started 1 day earlier. The patient was undergoing antiretroviral therapy with emtricitabine-rilpivirine-tenofovir with good compliance and feminizing hormone therapy with cyproterone acetate.
