AbstractCystic fibrosis (CF) is a rare disease among Asians. Three Malay children with CF presenting with recurrent pulmonary symptoms, malabsorption and failure to thrive are reported. Problems in their management include availability of pancreatic enzymes, compliance to medications and climate factors.
