AbstractUrinary incontinente is an existent complication secondary to the treatment of prostate cancer. It has a difficult management when medical or surgical treatment have not been effective.The objective is to describe pelvic floor training and to explain palliative technics in male incontinence. Patients should learn pelvic floor exercises in a correct way and it is recommended to practice them systematically. We describe penile compression devices and permanent catheters. We evaluate absorbent products together with their indications and caractheristics.
