AbstractAnomalous origin of coronary artery is a rare anomaly. Performing valve-sparing root reimplantation for aortic root pathology in these patients is challenging. There are modified techniques for performing valve-sparing procedures in this rare subset of patients. Herein, we present a case of anomalous right coronary origin from left ostium managed by conventional valve-sparing root reimplantation.© The Author(s) 2019.
