AbstractThe implementation of enhanced recovery after surgery in elderly patients should be under the premise of adequate perioperative analgesia/anti-stress. The aims of perioperative multimodal low-dose opioids analgesia therapy are reducing opioid-related adverse reactions and the impact on process of postoperative recovery.
