AbstractCervical cystic masses may be a diagnostic challenge, especially in patients older than 40 years. We present the case of a 62-year-old male patient with a large cystic metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma to the neck and discuss this rare condition regarding diagnostic, pathologic and therapeutic features.
