    AbstractDIAGNOSIS OF RENAL INVOLVEMENT: The diagnosis of renal involvement in patients with Wegener's disease and microscopic polyangeitis is facilitated with the search for antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA) but still requires biopsy for confirmation.
