    AbstractA 36-year-old multiparous woman presented with amenorrhea and hyperhidrosis of 6 months' duration. Physical examination revealed large, stubby fingers and toes with soft tissue thickening. Serum growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels were elevated and a pituitary macroadenoma was found on computerized tomography (CT).Copyright (c) 2010 American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
