AbstractDe Garengeot hernia is a rare type of femoral hernia that presents with appendicitis. This clinical condition that usually occurs in the 7th decade, mostly in women, requires urgent surgery. Here, we present a 73-year-old patient with acute appendicitis within the femoral hernia sac.
