    AbstractThis cohort study examines the validity of the Kidney Donor Profile Index’s hepatitis C virus (HCV) penalty during the direct-acting antiviral era by comparing 5-year allograft survival between recipients of kidneys from HCV-RNA–positive donors vs HCV-RNA–negative donors.
