AbstractA 34 year-old female presented with blood-stained pleural effusion and ascites. Investigation revealed a pelvic mass. She underwent exploratory laparotomy, and was found to have endometriosis. Total abdominal hysterectomy and right salpingo-oophorectomy was performed.
