AbstractThis case report defines an infrequent complication of unicompartmental knee replacement. Periprosthetic supracondylar femoral fracture after total knee replacement is a challenging problem for orthopedic surgeon. To the best of our knowledge, this is the only case describing periprosthetic supracondylar femoral fracture after unicondylar knee replacement.
