AbstractThe purpose of this short essay is to describe the data management processes utilized in the Long Term Career Outcome Study at the Center for Health Professions Education and the Postgraduate Dental College of the Uniformed Services University. It includes descriptions of our workflow, how we obtain the data, challenges, and recommendations based on our experience for data managers and institutions to follow.
