They are often unrecognized in primary care settings and substantial delays in treatment initiation occur.ObjectiveThe US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) commissioned a systematic review to evaluate the benefits and harms of screening for anxiety disorders in asymptomatic adults.PopulationAsymptomatic adults 19 years or older, including pregnant and postpartum persons.
