AbstractLymphogranuloma venereum is a sexually transmitted disease caused by L1, L2 and L3 serovars of Chlamydia trachomatis. A rare clinical presentation of the primary stage is lymphangitis of the penis, with the appearance of one or more tense lymph nodes classically called "buboes". We report the case of an HIV-positive patient with sexually transmitted disease risk behaviors with penile nodules as a manifestation of lymphogranuloma venereum.
