AbstractWe report a patient with epilepsia partialis continua (EPC) associated with non ketotic hyperosmolar hyperglycemia. EPC is an uncommon presentation of nonketotic hyperglycemia. This case was reported in the Medical Intensive Care Unit in Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha, Qatar.
