    AbstractMIRAGE syndrome consists of Myelodysplasia, Infection, Growth restriction, Adrenal hypoplasia, Genital phenotypes, and Enteropathy. We report the uneventful anesthesia management of a 6-year-old female patient with MIRAGE syndrome. We think it can guide anesthesiologists caring for patients with this syndrome to find the appropriate method for them.Copyright © 2024 International Anesthesia Research Society.
