    AbstractSwyer-James Syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by a unilateral hyperlucent lung. It is thought to be due to sequelae of childhood respiratory infections. It may present with recurrent pulmonary infections, chronic respiratory symptoms or be found incidentally on chest imaging. We report a case of Swyer-James syndrome presenting with recurrent pulmonary infections.
