AbstractAlthough one of the most common systemic autoimmune disorders, Sjögren disease (SjD) may be overlooked in patients presenting with non-specific symptoms or no complaints of sicca symptoms. SjD is not a condition to be missed as patients could present with serious extra-glandular manifestations, including lymphomas. In this article, we discuss the diagnostic pitfalls of this disorder and encourage physicians to consider carefully the 'non-textbook' presentations.© 2024 The Authors.
