AbstractThis is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: The primary objective is to assess the role of iridotomy-compared with observation-in the prevention of visual field loss for individuals who have primary angle closure or primary angle-closure glaucoma in at least one eye. We will also examine the role of iridotomy in the prevention of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in individuals with narrow angles (primary angle-closure suspect) in at least one eye.
