    AbstractThis is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy and harm of deep brain stimulation for motor symptoms, with psychiatric and behavioural comorbidities, either individually or in combination, in adults and adolescents with Tourette's syndrome compared to placebo, sham intervention, or the best available behavioural and pharmacological treatment.Copyright © 2024 The Cochrane Collaboration.
