    AbstractAspergillosis of the central nervous system is an uncommon infection, mainly occurring in immunocompromised patients. It may be presented in several forms: meningitis, mycotic aneurysms, infarcts and the tumoral form (aspergilloma). The authors report a case of a diabetic patient with cerebral aspergilloma.
