AbstractA 78-year-old woman presented with a gastrointestinal hemorrhage and palpable abdominal aortic aneurysm. The computed tomography scan of the abdomen showed a primary aortoenteric fistula. The challenging clinical diagnosis of aortoenteric fistulae and their surgical treatment options are discussed.
