    AbstractThe case of the 33 year old woman with stab wound of the chest with penetration into abdominal cavity was presented. Due to injury mechanism the diagnostic thoracotomy was recommended. The operation confirmed the lung, diaphragm, spleen and kidney lesion. It was very interesting that patient with dangerous lesion of important organs had no clinical and radiological indications for emergency operation before.
