AbstractPseudoaneurysm is an uncommon complication of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, potentially fatal due to the high risk of bleeding. The diagnosis requires Doppler UL and CT. The optimal treatment is coil embolization. We report a case where a 35 year-old woman presented with a false aneurysm of the right hepatic artery two weeks after an uncomplicated laparoscopic cholecystectomy and was successfully treated with coil embolization.
